Clean hotel.
Would not allow for any type of late checkout, I was told my husband could sit in their lobby while I finished my state exam. Also wouldn't give me a triple a discount even with my card.

Charged my account twice for a one night stay plus charged me a deposit.. Still hasn't reimbursed me for the additional night or the room deposit

We paid for a working jet tub, not all jets we working. Tub not in good shape. The AC was.very loud and made odd sounds. It was hard to sleep at night with that noise. The second day they didn't replace the soap, shampoo etc..... No indoor pool. The outdoor one wasn't open.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was in a very convenient location and was very nice. The sweet breakfast hostess was the best! I didn't get her name but she was warm and welcoming as was everyone on staff. I will definitely stay again when visiting Nashville.

I was blown away by the good, ever-changing breakfast options each day, packed with delicious treats! The staff's unique touches, like the personalized service from Joyce who catered to a guest's cereal preference. Plus, the refreshing saltwater pool offered a perfect escape to unwind after a long day!

The location was stunning and perfect and the room was clean. And it's not very far from Taco Bell, ate there once or twice. Thoroughly enjoyed our newly remodelled and a decent size rooms with a whirlpool tub and the staff were affable.
